Returns

Perishable Products: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any juices, sea moss gels, or other beverages once they have been delivered or picked up.

Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items (such as accessories or packaged snacks), we accept returns in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Refunds

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hrs. of delivery or receipt. We may request a photo of the product to process your refund or replacement request.

Incorrect Orders: If we mistakenly ship the wrong product, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer service team immediately to resolve the issue.

Freshness Guarantee: While we take every step to ensure the freshness of our juices, we cannot guarantee freshness if the product has been delayed during shipping. If there is an issue with the freshness of your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order, you may do so at any time before it has been processed (on Wednesdays) or shipped (on Saturdays). Simply contact our customer service team via email or phone, and we will assist you in canceling the order.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped (on Saturdays), cancellations are no longer possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refund Process

Refunds for Damaged/Incorrect Products: If your order is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
