During the 7th month of my high-risk twin pregnancy, despite my best efforts to maintain proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, I found myself struggling with preeclampsia. My blood pressure continued to rise, while my blood sugar and iron levels steadily dropped. After several hospital visits in an attempt to keep myself and my babies safe, I incorporated juicing and sea moss gel to support my health. Battling anemia (Beta-Thalassemia Minor) for most of my life, I tried countless store-bought juices and followed various recipes, but none seemed to work.
